I would like to thank the staff of Cowtown Speedway for making a super effort to get the only track
in the metroplex running for the weekend.
Also, thanks to the Cowtown Speedway web master Darin Short for keeping the web site updated .
The night started in the first heat third row inside. I had the car setting a little bit loose. We ended
up in 5th.
With all the moisture in the track ruts continue to be our worst nightmare. Bo and the cowtown
crew did a great job on the yellow flag laps tilling up the ruts.
With the word ruts involved wrecks are going to happen.
Three of our competitors were involved with crashes. Michael Lang, John Ricketts, and Mike
We started the feature in the fifth row inside and made our way up of finish in seventh.
You know you had a great night of racing when you can load the car up in one piece!
We will be off for two weeks. The mini sprints and dwarfs want a chance to tear up Cowtown.
The weekend of the 14 I will be in Albuquerque, New Mexico celebrating my good friends mom's
100 th birthday!
Thanks for visiting our web site and see you at the races. . . .and I'll leave you today with a picture
of my 4-legged kid, 'Max.' This picture was taken last summer at Tony Stewart's Eldora Speedway,
when I was crewing for the sam15.com car.
